Refund Policy

Returns We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unopened, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, email us at relax@floatinglotusdayspa.com.  If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending the package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Returns are also not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges To get a different item, return the original one and, once the return is processed, make a new purchase for the replacement.

Refunds After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
