Shipping Policy for The Floating Lotus

At The Floating Lotus, we strive to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience, from the moment you place your order to the time it arrives at your door. Please review our shipping policies below for more information about our process.

Shipping Options & Rates

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $8.00
  • All orders $150+ ship for free.

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location, the weight of your items, and the selected shipping method. You will see the shipping cost during checkout.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • We aim to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 pm CST will be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Local Pickup

For customers located in Little Rock, Arkansas, we offer free in-store pickup at The Floating Lotus Day Spa and Yoga Studio. You can select this option during checkout and pick up your order at our location: 900 N. University Ave., Suite 4, Little Rock, AR 72207

International Shipping

We currently only offer shipping within the United States. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to us at relax@floatinglotusdayspa.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
